I rebuilt an open-source video clipping prototype for an agency processing hundreds of uploads a day. The new system uses Postgres, Redis, local transcription, and background jobs that recover cleanly from failures and restarts.

I inherited two travel platforms built from the same Laravel and Vue template. The codebases had drifted apart, and I had never worked with the stack before. I got up to speed quickly, untangled both, and shipped the features each operator needed.
